Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. At DscvrYou we offer a 3 day exchange policy after receiving the product, for all designs bought on full price ( subject to approval).  In case of a manufacturing defect, We will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted on the date of delivery itself. An unboxing video is mandatory for taking refund from us . Without unboxing video we will not entertain any refund. All the labels should be intact for the return request. In case same product is not available, you can order a product of same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid back through our website. Please notify us by writing to us at haimifusion@gmail.com.  We do not provide reverse pickup services and the customer will be responsible to send the products back to us and bear the cost of sending back the products.

To exchange products bought on full price

Write to us at info@dscvryou.com / Whatsapp at 9211596180 with your original order and and details of exchange.

1. Once approved, courier us back the products at your cost on the address provided by us
2. Our team will call you once the product is received and confirm the product exchange   

PRODUCTS BOUGHT AT DISCOUNT AND DURING SALE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

Modification of terms and conditions of return and exchange policy: DscvrYou may at any time modify the user agreement without any prior notification. No return or exchange request shall be accepted on customised products.
