Refund Policy

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are available under specific conditions as outlined below.


Exchange Policy (Full-Price Products Only)

  • Exchanged products will be delivered within 7 days, subject to approval.
  • For any manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product only if sufficient proof is submitted on the day of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for refund claims. Without this, refund requests will not be accepted.
  • All labels and tags must be intact for an exchange request.
  • If the same product is unavailable, you may select another product of equal or higher value. Any price difference can be paid on our website.

  • We do not provide reverse pickup. Customers must ship the product back at their own cost.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us through: Provide:
    • Your original order number
    • Details of the product you want to exchange
  2. Once approved, courier the product to the address we provide (shipping cost to be paid by customer).
  3. Once we receive the product, our team will contact you to confirm the exchange.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Products purchased during discount or sale
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Refund requests without an unboxing video
  • Products without intact labels or tags

Modification of Terms

DscvrYou reserves the right to modify the return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
