Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are available under specific conditions as outlined below.
Exchange Policy (Full-Price Products Only)
- Exchanged products will be delivered within 7 days, subject to approval.
- For any manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product only if sufficient proof is submitted on the day of delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for refund claims. Without this, refund requests will not be accepted.
- All labels and tags must be intact for an exchange request.
- If the same product is unavailable, you may select another product of equal or higher value. Any price difference can be paid on our website.

- We do not provide reverse pickup. Customers must ship the product back at their own cost.

- Customised or personalised products
- Refund requests without an unboxing video
- Products without intact labels or tags
