Returns Policy

We do not offer returns and refunds. Exchanged Products Will Be Delivered to You Within 7 Days for all designs bought on full price ( subject to approval). In case of a manufacturing defect, We will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted on the date of delivery itself. An unboxing video is mandatory for taking refund from us . Without unboxing video we will not entertain any refund. All the labels should be intact for the return request. In case same product is not available, you can order a product of same or higher value. The differential amount can be paid back through our website. Please notify us by writing to us at haimifusion@gmail.com. We do not provide reverse pickup services and the customer will be responsible to send the products back to us and bear the cost of sending back the products.

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in butter paper and placed in a sponge enhanced hard box to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in DscvrYou's Premium Jewellery Box.

After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Shiprocket to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time.

Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.
